Bishop Steven was delighted to meet with his old minister Revd. David Caldwell on a visit to Wales in 2016. Revd Caldwell was the minister of the church where he became a Christian at age 15. Bishop Steven commented “Reverend Caldwell is an inspiration, full of life both then and now, a life dignified with the filling of the Holy Spirit. What a joy it is for me personally to welcome such an inspirational figure to join TICCN.”
