Canon Dr. David Brewer is a bible teacher based in England, he heads up David Brewer Ministries and has a significant work preaching the word across the nations in Africa.
He was born into a farming home of devoted evangelical Methodists in November 1944. God powerfully intervened in his life when at two and a half years old he contracted Meningitis. The local hospital in Preston said that there was nothing that they could do for him and suggested that my parents took me home to die peacefully. However, God had other plans and the local Methodist Church commenced to hold a special weekly prayer meeting on his behalf. After only a few weeks God answered the fervent prayers of the righteous, and he was allowed home with the commendation of: “The first ever complete cure from Meningitis.” That took place in 1947 and still today Canon David is preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom which includes healing.
