Archbishop Steven Lyn Evans, Bishop Nadeem, Pastor Roekh Nadeem, and Nigel Brooke all received an award in recognition for their service towards the development of Pakistan from the Bright Future Society & Implementation Minority Rights Forum. The awards were presented by President Samuel Payara of the Bright Future Society from Pakistan during a service at Living Faith Church.

Archbishop Steven said ‘I’m delighted that President Payara has joined us as an honorary member of TICCN’s ministerial and advisory team. We have committed to working towards attempting to secure a peaceful future for the people of Pakistan and look to develop ongoing strategies to help all persecuted people. Please join us in prayer for this important humanitarian work.’

Archbishop Steven Lyn Evans has received an award in recognition for his loyal and devoted work towards the development of Pakistan from the Bright Future Society & Implementation Minority Rights Forum.

TICCN continues to support the work carried out by Bishop Yousaf Nadeem in Pakistan. Over the years this work has provided food aid, medical supplies, and other essentials to poor communities in Pakistan. This support has been especially important in recent years during the COVID-19 pandemic and now with the extensive floods Pakistan has experienced.

BISHOP STEVEN TO RECEIVE AWARD

The Right Reverend Steven Lyn Evans Presiding Bishop of The International Charismatic Church Network (TICCN) has been awarded with the CLAAS (Centre For Legal Aid Assistance & Settlement) International Humanitarian Award for 2017.

The award will be presented during the TICCN November Conference this year by Mr. M. A. Joseph Francis MBE who is the International Director of the CLAAS charity based in Pakistan.

The award is given for faithful continuing service, and support, towards the peoples of Pakistan and around the world. This work, over several years, has involved among other things, the provision of emergency funding for the poor, medical supplies for orphans, and ongoing strategic planning; for example, working towards sustainable businesses in poor communities.

Bishop Evans commented that: “the surprise of this award is really a testimony to the many believers who generously give their time and resources towards the ministry work that we are involved with.” He went on to say that, “without the biblical example of Jesus Christ, none of this work would be taking place.”
